Kelvin Tan (b 1964 Singapore) is a writer and musician. He has released 2 books, All Broken Up and Dancing (1992), and the Nethe(r);R (2001). He has recorded and released 102 albums, and a DVD of video and animation works, titled Reconfiguring Axioms, made by various artists, conceived from Kelvin's music.
